New Gamified Incentives!
We are excited to announce the launch of our new gamification and incentive items for advocates: Levels and Badges. With the introduction of Levels, advocates can now progress through various tiers based on their engagement and contributions, unlocking new opportunities and rewards as they advance. A Badge is a non-currency reward that is displayed to users after they meet specific requirements, such as entering a segment or achieving a certain points range. The flexibility and customizability of segments, based on integrated data, allow us to award badges for almost any action taken by the user. Furthermore, the Levels feature serves as a progression system that rewards users for accumulating lifetime points; unlocking a level can earn advocates a badge or other rewards.

Native End-to-End Reference Management
We are thrilled to introduce our new Reference Management feature, designed to meet AEs where they are, whether in Slack or Salesforce. This innovative tool streamlines the process of managing references by incorporating AI matchmaking, enabling AEs to easily connect with the right advocates based on their specific needs.
The Reference Management feature also includes a natural search capability, allowing users to effortlessly find and engage with advocates who can provide valuable insights and testimonials. Additionally, the system handles all scheduling, making it easier than ever for AEs to coordinate meetings and discussions with advocates without the hassle of back-and-forth communication

Content Hub is now Live!
The Content Hub provides a user-friendly interface that enables team members to search through a comprehensive library of content, ensuring that relevant resources are just a few clicks away. All assets can be used in our native editors, turning sourced content into ready-to-go assets for sales, product, or marketing!
